Uzera Terms of Services
You agree to these Terms of Service by using the Uzera website ("Site") and its services ("Services"). Your account may be terminated or restricted without notice if you violate the rules below. Use our services only if you agree to these conditions.
A valid credit card is required to pay for a Uzera account, except where other arrangements have been made. Uzera services are billed in advance, and all monthly and yearly payments are non-refundable.
Users are responsible for paying any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, except for federal and state taxes in the United States
Uzera has the right to investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone who breaks these Terms of Service. Uzera has the right to pre-screen or monitor users' access to or use of the Uzera Site, and to remove or delete any content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

Account Cancellation: It's up to the user to send an email to support@uzera.com with "Account Cancellation" in the subject line to cancel their account. Cancellations happen at the end of the current service period, and you don't get a refund for time you didn't use.
Uzera can close free or trial accounts that haven't been used in sixty (60) days or trial accounts that don't have a way to pay thirty (30) days after they've ended. Uzera can suspend or delete accounts if users break these Terms of Service. If this happens, the account will be deactivated or deleted, and all content will be lost.
Copyright and Content Ownership: Uzera makes no claims to having any intellectual property rights over the content that users upload or create in their accounts. Any content that belongs to users remains their property.That a party that tells its lawyers or accountants about something like this will still be responsible for making sure that those lawyers or accountants follow this "confidentiality" section.
Uzera can change or stop running the Uzera Site (or any part of it) at any time and without warning.

Uzera does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the information presented on this site, nor does it warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Subject to your usual trademark usage restrictions as communicated to us from time to time, you grant Uzera the right to use your company name and logo as a reference for marketing or promotional reasons on our website and in other public or private communications. These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Uzera.
